1. Offer
One payment of US$9.99 unlocks the Nursing Coach NCLEX-PN bank for one adult individual's account. The current early release contains 800 original AI-assisted practice questions, including A-D questions, multiple-response questions, grids, drop-downs and unfolding cases. Independent clinical review is pending. Informal sample feedback is not documented approval of the full bank. Questions and explanations may contain errors; this is not independently validated exam preparation, an official exam simulator, medical or nursing advice, continuing-education credit or a nursing licence. There is no pass or readiness guarantee. This is a one-time purchase with no subscription, renewal, free-to-paid trial or automatic recurring charge. The permanent free starter contains 32 questions from the same early-release bank and does not require buying the upgrade. Other future study products are not included.
2. Amount and payment
Before you provide billing information, checkout must show US$9.99, any legally required tax, every mandatory charge and the total amount you will pay, with the provider identified. A different final charge requires your affirmative agreement before payment. Stripe-hosted Checkout processes the payment through the Company's existing Stripe account. No account is upgraded based solely on a browser return URL or client assertion: verified payment evidence is required. The confirmation must provide a retainable receipt with product, total, date, transaction reference, access scope and support contact. Native app distribution and website entitlement are separate; this disclosure does not represent Apple or Google billing approval.
3. Access and scope
Paid access has no scheduled expiry while this product is operated and the account remains authorized, subject to the adopted terms and the accepted order. It is not a promise of perpetual hosting or every future Appalachian Exam Coach app. A valid purchase is recoverable after reinstall or a verified account replacement through our reasonable ownership-verification process using the processor receipt or other supported purchase evidence. Ordinary account recovery does not require repurchase. Planned permanent shutdown or a material withdrawal of purchased functionality requires the notice and remedy described in the adopted terms and applicable law. A paid account does not certify exam readiness, professional competence or a passing result.
4. Errors and refunds
Contact john@appalachianintegrity.com with your transaction reference for an accidental duplicate payment, undelivered access, a billing mistake or a requested refund. Do not email full card credentials. We respond to a paid-access or refund request within 14 calendar days, without extending any shorter response time required by law. Legally required remedies remain available; this disclosure does not impose all-sales-final terms or waive chargeback or consumer rights. If we fail to provide the purchased access and cannot correct the failure within a reasonable period, we provide an appropriate remedy, including a refund where required. Mere account deletion does not automatically issue a refund; it also does not extinguish a valid purchase or a nonwaivable right. No additional voluntary refund window is offered unless it is expressly displayed before purchase; legally required remedies remain available.
5. Consent display
Before payment, you must affirmatively acknowledge the early-release status and authorize one payment of the displayed total for Nursing Coach NCLEX-PN. The acknowledgment states that the current 800-question bank is original AI-assisted content awaiting independent clinical review, sample feedback does not approve the full bank, and no pass guarantee, clinical advice, continuing-education credit or nursing licence is provided. You may review the included product/access scope, refund information and Terms of Use before choosing to pay. There is no automatic renewal. A separate affirmative choice handles electronic records where required. The final action displays the amount and identifies the payment as one-time. We preserve the applicable disclosure version, affirmative choices and verified processor transaction as evidence of the accepted order. These statements acknowledge the offer; they do not waive nonwaivable rights.
